Grown-up Christmas Break Terms & Conditions

Our Grown-up Christmas Break can only be booked for 3 or 4 nights arriving on set dates only (23rd or 24th December), both departing on 27th December 2024.
Includes only those elements detailed above. Additional spa treatments, experiences and dining options are at additional charge.
No exchanges or cash alternatives available for inclusive elements.
This is an adults only break, if you are staying with children or wish to join your family for Christmas, please do book one of our family breaks as dining and other inclusive elements will not be able to be taken together.
The indoor pool and spa will be open from 8am-4pm on Christmas day. There are no treatments or wellbeing classes available on Christmas Day. The Sensory Spa Garden will be closed on Christmas Day.
A non refundable 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking with the remaining balance automatically charged to the card given on the booking at 14 days prior to arrival.
Stays booked within 14 days prior to arrival require full prepayment at the time of booking which is non refundable.
