This month our executive chef Adam Clark helped out the northern duo from the ‘Hairy Bikers' series seen on BBC2. Thanks to our fish supplier ‘Fish for Thought' Adam demonstrated the best ways to cook your fresh catch down at Newlyn Harbour. Just like a skilled TV chef our Adam worked outside in the elements barbequing delicious sole, red mullet, scallops, red gurnard, mackerel and squid. Keep an eye out for Adam on the Hairy Bikers programme in the spring.
